EXTRA COMFARTABLE SHOE

I don’t know why, but I’m 34 years old and I still think that the word ‘fart’ is funny. So last Friday night, I got a flat in Hoboken just as a thunderstorm was rolling in. I ran to the light rail station and got on the train up to Bergenline Ave, but still had a 12-block walk once I exited the train. Bergenline is a weird mix of Spanglish junk stores, live poultry stores and cheap clothing stores. And since most of the people are speaking English as a second language, there is more often than not a wide variety of awesome spelling mistakes. So we’re walking our bikes in the pouring rain and I noticed the sign below, which happened to mesh the comfort of cheap shoes with flatulence. I reached into my pocket in the pouring rain and managed the following photo on my phone, which makes me laugh every time I look at it…
