Get the fork outta here, Eastern has a new fork. The Hawkeye fork is unlike any other fork out there. It’s constructed of 100% heat-treated chromoly, with a one-piece CNC’d inside and out steerer tube, integrated bearing race, hardened CNC’d chromoly dropouts with Eastern Hawkeye cut-out and Eastern’s ‘Hangfree’ dropout design. Final fork weight is 31.8 oz., and the Hawkeye is available in black, white, red, yellow and blue. Wasn’t the Hawkeye a comic? Moving right along, the Moray cable is a brake cable that’s manufactured to auto-industry standards, with a super long housing and cable, linear routing, teflon coating and a huge assortment of colors. Basically, the auto industry is required by law to make sure that their brakes work, and this cable follows in that path. Besides, Ramsdell likes it.
