How are you doing?
I am wonderful. Im healthy. The sun is shining. Simone hasn’t bitten anyone this week. Life is grand.
What’s new in your life?
Lots of new stuff going on at DK. Tons of new products. Getting ready for the DK Dirt Circuit in August. I also just built up a new flatland bike that I am super stoked on. Full on new school flatland style and it’s radical. I was inspired after hanging out with Alex Jumelin and Matthias Dandois in Monaco last month. Name drops!
Where are you right now?
Ohio. It’s humid here and a good portion of the people smell like a locker room.
Do you have any big trips or events you will be at coming up in the next few weeks?
Chilling in Ohio for a week or so and then heading up to Woodward for a couple days to get ready for Dew Tour. Hahaha. Then Chicago Dew. Then heading to Denmark to do some demos with the DK team and Simple team at the Roskilde Music Festival. See Kanye and Weezy live. Then roadtrip from Denmark to Cologne for the Worlds. That is going to be one heck of a contest.
What does your average daily routine consist of these days?
When I am in Ohio. Wake up around 7ish. Take Simone for a walk. Get into DK around 9. Work until 6. Go home walk Simone. Then it’s to the courts for a flatland session until dark. Wake up repeat.

I wrestled 3 years in high school and 4 years in college. I will also crush anyone.
What are 3 uses for high powered laser pointers from China?
Burning eyes, scaring children, and freaking out animals.
Have you had any recent U.F.O encounters lately?
Ronny Napolitan and I saw one coming home from Toronto in March. It was surreal.
It seems like everyday you have something weird or wild happen to you. What is the craziest thing you have had happen as of late?
The lasers have pretty much taken over my life. I don’t go anywhere without them. I also finally broke down and got an iPhone. That’s pretty crazy.
What does 2009 have in store for you?
More fun. More smiles. Hitchikers. Dew Tour. Maddog. Iraq. DK DIRT CIRCUIT!!!! Front brakes.
Any plans for tonight?
I am taking my brother out for his birthday to this little Mexican place called Elsas. It’s so yum. I’ll have a couple drinks and burn the waitress in her eyes with the laser. I might also prank call Scott Papiro. I encourage you all to do the same.
