I’m fine, thanks! Spending the last night with my buddies in the UK..
What’s new in your life?
Met some really nice people that I didn’t know before, had the best times with the best people! The trip and festival was awesome – good memories ! Tried a lot of different food! It’s hard to mark out the brightest things that are new for me.. (Thank you Niels for making it happen!)
You had that video come out the other day, have you been working on any more video projects?
Yeah, first we went on a SIMPLE bike co. Trip to Denmark and Sweden a month ago, also to the Roskilde Festival demos.. Filmed a lot during the trip and I stayed in Copenhagen for another two weeks.. Niels (The owner of SIMPLE bike co.) had a camera , so we filmed some clips out there. Now we’re in UK , and there should be a small edit from here soon.. Thank you for the camera Niels..
Where are you right now?
At the moment im in UK (Bury St. Edmunds) But actually we’re in Shojis (A friend who rides for SIMPLE bike co.) bed, having a coffee and trying to answer the question and laughing..
Where are you off to next?
Probably get something to eat. After few hours we are going to get some beers and chill.. Tomorrow I’m going back home to Latvia… Miss my bed, need some sleep, and lots of coffee after..
What does your average daily routine consist of these days?
Till that day – Shoji wakes me up , then we make a coffee and going out every morning to chill in the garden… After he hurrys to go ride and then I hear “I’m so tired, Aaahhh I’m so tired..” a bunch haha. That’s pretty much it!
So It means – Wake up, Get a coffee, something to eat, and then ride. After that we get something to eat and go outside with friends..

What does the rest of 2009 have in store for you?
We’re working now on my signature Simple bike co. frame, should be awesome. And I just got hooked up by Carhartt, pretty happy about it.. Hope to travel a lot more than the past years.. Meet all my friends from everywhere! Have good times…
Any plans for tonight?
Since it is my last night in the U.K, we will meet our friends from here at Shozos place, get some beers and see what happens after.. Good times, good times! heh
