How are you?
Stressed, excited, depressed, psyched as fuck
What’s new in your life?
I moved to France last month, lost a great girl this week, and I’m learning French. I got my first freecoaster a few weeks ago, time for something new. I saw a kid eating a baguette at the skatepark the other day.
You have a new web video that dropped here today. Have you been filming a lot lately?
Haha, I almost never film, for me it can really deflate a good street vibe. But just before I left the U.S. I was fortunate enough to travel for a week with my friend Danny Dahl, and he was patient enough to put up with my perfectionism, so I got some clips. He made it one of the best trips ever, even with the no fun gun.
Where are you right now?
Lyon, France.
Where are you off to next?
I hope to visit some great friends in Limoges (France) soon, and Barcelona I hope..
What does your average daily routine consist of these days?
Weekday: I go to language school and take care of 2 kids for my job, I hope to get in a couple bmx sessions. Weekend: Anything is possible.
Tell us something people might not know about you.
Everyone knows I like shit talking sessions, but I’m less likely to say what is really important to me: I’m very, very grateful for so many things, especially all the great people I’ve had in my life. Seriously, amazing.
What does 2010 have in store for you?
I plan to be in France until next summer. I’m always working on endless street exploration. Other than bmx: language, literature, maybe more non-bmx video work.
Any plans for tonight?
Studying, going out to a cafe, maybe a late night street session. Also, if I can add, I’m looking for some older street shredders in Lyon, so holler at me if you want to ride, I’d be super psyched to meet some riders here: . Thanks!
