How are you?
I’m doing alright. I just started riding again since I wrecked my wrecked ankle on an overgrind gone wrong. We have a nice set of trails up the road from my house that everyone has been shredding and it’s been the perfect thing for getting my grove back on.
How are things going with Felt these days? Any big news, trips, videos, web edits, or anything like that coming along?
I just got the first prototype of my signature frame, The Battlesnake. It’s going to be the dopest. The graphics are going to metaphorically punch you in the face when you see them. I’ve always got some video stuff in the works, so once my ankle is back I’ll be hustling. Also, I’m really stoked that we’re bringing two new dudes on the flow team. I’ll give you some hints; one has a very ironic last name and the other shawready know shabber factory.
What about Osiris? Anything coming along with them?
Osiris is d best! I recently went to the office in San Diego to design a colorway of my favorite shoe. It’s pretty awesome and incorporates the graphics that also appear on my frame. That was a pretty crazy experience because there are so many things you can do with a shoe that I had no idea about. As for the team, I’m confident to say it’s one of the best all around teams in BMX. Everyone is awesome. We have a few trips in the works for later on this year. Dang good stuff.
Have you been doing any traveling lately? Any trips coming up?
I spent the last month or so chillin’ in Vegas because my ankle has been so wrecked. I’m headed to Seattle on a non-BMX related trip this weekend to celebrate my buddy Braxton getting married. After that, Phoenix, North Carolina, Tulsa, and a few overseas trips are in the works.
You did some demos last summer, right? Do you plan on doing that again this year?
Nah, that wasn’t last summer, it was the summer before. I was broke and needed the money really bad. Life is way doper now.
What else is new in your life?
I found a new whiskey that’s way cheaper than Jack Daniels and tastes way better. It’s called Old Smuggler. It comes in a big plastic bottle. You mix it with Coca-Cola and it’s called a Coke Smuggler.
Word has it that you recently bought your first personal computer? What’s that all about?
I’ve never owned a computer in my whole life. I used to use the internet using my roommate’s Nintendo Wii on the TV. I decided it was finally time to man up and get with the times. I hate technology. I suck at it. This computer has been great, so far though. I’ve been missing out on porn, ChatRoulette, web videos, Google Earth, Wikipedia, and everything else that’s great. Credit cards are evil.
Where are you right now?
I’m in my living room in Las Vegas, Nevada about four miles from The Strip.
Where are you off to next?
Seattle, Washington.
What does your average daily routine consist of these days?
Monday through Wednesday I work at a bike shop. Everyday other than that I ride all day. Nights are usually spent at Shh-boom Shh-boom’s. It’s a bar inside Braxton’s house.

What does 2010 have in store for you?
Riding, Traveling, learning how to film and edit, keeping my heavyweight and middleweight drinking championship belts, do sex to chicks, etc.
Any plans for tonight?
Drink whiskey out the bottle, not think about tomorrow.
